DS 7 Crossback E-Tense 1.6 Plug-in Hybrid PHEV – battery won't charge from the socket. Repair.

Symptoms:

After connecting the charger to the socket, the vehicle does not charge. The display shows a message that charging has finished.

Solution:

Please visit our workshop. The damage is most often caused by the electronic module inside the battery. The manufacturer does not offer a replacement for this module alone; the only solution is to replace the entire battery. We have learned how to fix this fault without the need for a costly replacement of the whole battery.
